Municipal land allotted to respondent by means of a resolution which was passed in accordance with relevant rules and grant of land approved by commissioner. Petitioner filing suit to challenge resolution on same ground, which he took in a writ petition earlier which was dismissed and a petition for special leave to appeal against said dismissal also failed t before Supreme Court.
